  • Carla Hirsh

    CHAIR

    Carla has been involved with the insurance and financial services sector for over 37 years in a variety of capacities, most recently as Senior Manager, Sales & Business Development. She has an enthusiasm and strong belief system in the co-operative sector, the ability to be at the table with like-minded individuals, seeking to support the economic, cultural, and unmet needs of communities.

  • Ryan Tebbutt

    VICE CHAIR

    Ryan joined the CU system in May 2000. He has worked for a number of CUs across MB, SK & AB in a variety of different roles over the years. Ryan's most recent role is CEO of Churchbridge CU, since June 2020. He has volunteered in various capacities throughout his CU career and worked on different boards over those years.

  • Derek Vanthuyne

    DIRECTOR

    Derek brings experience working and dealing with Cooperatives as he has worked in the Credit Union System for the past 26 years and has been a member of a cooperative since the age of 12. Early in his working career, he was elected to the local coop board, so he has been experiencing the benefits of cooperatives before his Credit Union career started.

  • Tracey Mucha

    DIRECTOR

    Tracey Mucha is a senior manager at Access Communications Co-operative, where she oversees community engagement initiatives. She has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has held various roles at Access Communications since 2003. Tracey has a Business Administration and Public Relations certificate from the University of Regina and completed professional leadership programs, including TEC Canada’s Emerging Leaders.

  • Jillian Carlson

    DIRECTOR

    As Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Prairie Centre Credit Union, Jill oversees the business activities of the Wealth Management Division and PCCU Insurance Ltd including PCCU Accounting and PCCU Real Estate. Jill provides leadership and implements the strategic plan for both areas of focus. With a passion for delivering exceptional member service, Jill strives to grow and expand our service offering in the communities we serve and surrounding areas.

  • Karen Robson

    DIRECTOR

    Karen Robson is a 'Community Builder' at heart with professional roots in non-profit management having started her career as an Executive Director, serving The Princess Shop Mentorship and Female Youth Development Inc. for nearly 7 years. Since October 2019, Karen has been a Community Advisor at Affinity Credit Union where she gets to build and foster relationships with community organizations across Saskatchewan through collaborative, strategic sponsorships.

  • Stan Yu

    DIRECTOR

    Stan Yu is the Research and Communications Coordinator at the Canadian Centre for the Study of Co-operatives (CCSC), where he provides research, grant development, and communications support. Prior to joining the CCSC, Stan held numerous research and program evaluation positions at the University of Saskatchewan and beyond.
